Coffee Freshness
There is no issue more important to us than freshness. Coffee is a perishable product. It must be protected from light, moisture and air. Each of these elements degrades the quality of our coffee. Too insure freshness, the coffee is packaged within 48 hours of roasting, then vacuum-packed into nitrogen flushed foil bags at its peak of flavor to lock in freshness. A specially designed valve allows the unwanted carbon dioxide that is naturally released by the coffee to escape, but prevents outside air from getting in.
We guarantee our product to be fresh. If you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, return it for a full replacement.
Products may be returned with prior authorization within 7 days of product delivery. Please call or email us for a RMA#. (Return Material Authorization) Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address on the back of the packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the following address:
For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. unless We at Nubian Gold Brands was responsible for causing the error.
EXCHANGES
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
